Hi, I’m Nicky, a Certified Online Business Manager (OBM) based in the beautiful South East of Ireland. My journey into the world of business management has been anything but conventional, but it’s one that has shaped my passion for helping business owners like you reduce stress, streamline operations, and achieve success.
How I Got Here
I started my career with a degree in Physics from University College Cork, which taught me how to think critically, solve problems, and analyse complex systems—skills I now bring to every client I work with. Over the years, I honed my expertise through various operations and admin roles, learning the ins and outs of business management.
After nearly a decade living and working in Canada, I returned to Ireland and launched my own Virtual Assistant business. At the time, the concept of a VA was still quite new in Ireland, but I quickly connected with amazing clients across a range of industries and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients across Ireland, the UK, Canada, Germany, Belgium, and France!
As my business and skills evolved, I realised I could offer more: not just task completion, but strategic, long-term operational support. This led to a pivotal moment when I earned my Online Business Manager certification, officially transitioning from VA to OBM. I saw how many small to medium-sized businesses struggled with managing their teams, processes, and projects, yet didn’t need or couldn’t afford a full-time operations manager. I realised I could fill that gap, providing expert support that’s flexible, tailored, and impactful.
